Documented billing traps in NSFW AI apps

6 of the 52 apps in our index have a documented trust or billing problem. Each one below has a source attached, because an accusation without a source is just gossip.

This category attracts bad billing behaviour for a specific reason: the purchase is embarrassing, so a customer who gets charged twice is less likely to complain loudly, dispute the charge or post about it under their own name. That asymmetry gets exploited.

The most common patterns are a free trial that requires a card and converts silently, a cancellation flow that appears to work but does not, and consumable credits sold on top of a subscription so the monthly cost bears no relation to the advertised price.

None of this makes the products unusable, and a documented problem does not mean everyone will hit it. It does mean you should pay with a method you can shut off, and screenshot the cancellation confirmation.

Category-wide: the real monthly cost

Nectar, FantasyGF, Soulfun, HeraHaven, Kupid, Lovescape and Candy all layer consumable credits on top of the subscription. Heavy users routinely report paying two to five times the sticker price. Always check what a single image or video costs before you subscribe.
